Sharing the progress we’re making on the Placemaking for Inclusion (PM4I) project that we have embarked on together with our wonderful partners @cgeerfurt – @plaestel @yeuworld @sguardiurbani and AKNOW. All publications and tools will become available open-source and are thereby free to use by all.
In the first stages we have mapped relevant initiatives in the different partner countries and a related status quaestionis on Placemaking with youth which you can see on this interactive map here: https://placemaking.4learning.eu/
We have also developped a competence framework for people wanting to work on placemaking with youth.
We have succesfully delivered the first version of our PM4I Cookbook, a collection of Placemaking activities in the form of recepies you can embark on with youth and children, and we will test it together with Urban Professionals and Youth Workers in Palermo during our Training Course in October. A big thanks to @visualjourneys and @laumoyaillustration for the amazing visuals and lay-out. Keep your eyes open for the open call because there might still be some places available if you’re from Spain, Italy, Germany, Belgium or Greece.
There will also be an Augmented Reality App and an eco-system of digital badges connected to a Placemaking e-learning course 🙂
